Getting started

Install, connect & update

Client installation and device OTA require separate confirmation.

Before installation

Make sure your PC meets the system requirements above and certificate trust is configured under the test arrangements. The website and installer are directly accessible without an SSH tunnel. Online client updates still require the original update source to be configured under the test arrangements.

Install the client

  1. Download the specified installer version. Open the file’s Properties → Digital Signatures to check the signature and its validity.
  2. Confirm that the signer name is Cirro Internal Test Code Signing 20260909.
  3. Run the installer under the test arrangements and follow its instructions. If the signature is invalid, stop installation; do not disable signature checks.

Connect a device

Before connecting a physical device, confirm the test conditions and supported device range. Installing the client does not mean device compatibility or maintenance checks have passed. Use the client’s checks to determine compatibility for each device.

Device OTA

Keep the device powered normally. Before uploading bundled firmware, the client rechecks compatibility and verifies that the device is stopped for maintenance. If the connection is lost during an update, check the result first; do not flash again.
